At a restaurant in Lewisville, Texas, called Redneck Heaven, waitresses were spray painting their breasts, throwing on a pair of skimpy undies, and calling it an outfit. And, mind you, this wasn't a strip club - just a regular restaurant that anyone could pop into - families, kids, teens, babies.
Alas, Redneck Heaven got into trouble when a female patron ate there, and called the police immediately after her meal. The city council decided to vote on whether graffiti on your nipples counts as a shirt. Turns out, it doesn't!
"We're quite shocked to see these young ladies weren't dressed," a Lewisville City Council Member said. "They had very scant bottoms on and their tops were painted. It's a restaurant that's between two family restaurants."
While it's obviously the right decision, one Redneck Heaven fan, Dewey Lyons, is not pleased. He thinks if people are offended by bare breasts they should just eat somewhere else. "Everybody can choose where they go and what they do," he said.
