第 200 章 - 刑事罪行條例 - 第 148 條 - 在公眾地方的猥褻行為 (30/06/1997 版本)

(1) 任何人無合法權限或辯解，在公眾地方或公眾可見的情況下，猥褻暴露其身體任何部分，即屬犯罪，一經定罪，可處罰款$1000及監禁6個月。

(2) 年齡在12歲以下的人，不會僅因沐浴時不穿衣服而犯第(1)款所訂罪行。 (由 1978 年第 1 號第 6 條增補)

CAP 200 CRIMES ORDINANCE - Section 148 - Indecency in public (30/06/1997 version)

(1) A person who, without lawful authority or excuse, in any public place or in view of the public indecently exposes any part of his body shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $1000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.

(2) A person under the age of 12 shall not be guilty of an offence under subsection (1) by reason only of his bathing unclothed. (Added 1 of 1978 s. 6)
